Our story
Korean Cars Melbourne was created in 2025 to bring consistency, inclusivity and a fresh sense of momentum to Melbourne’s Korean car community. What started as a small group of friends has grown into a community of hundreds of registered members, while retaining the same welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Through regular meets and scenic drive days, we have built a relaxed space where people can enjoy their cars, meet others and feel part of something. Our community includes people of different ages, backgrounds and stages of life — from long-time enthusiasts to those attending their first car event. That mix has become one of our greatest strengths.
We believe a good car community should be welcoming, well organised and free from ego or gatekeeping. You do not need a heavily modified car or the ability to name every engine part to get involved. From stock daily drivers to carefully built passion projects, every car has a place here.
Our community is friendships first, cars second. The cars bring us together, but the friendships, experiences and shared memories are what keep it growing.
Meet the founders
Co-founder
Alex (@Leamymobile)
Alex grew up around cars as the youngest brother in a family of mechanics, with an ownership history spanning everything from Fairlanes to X5s before finding his way into the Korean car scene.
He co-founded KCM to create the kind of welcoming, well-organised car community he had been looking for himself. He brings a love of people, planning and photography to the club, and can usually be found mapping out the next drive day or taking sunset photos of his Cerato GT.

Sienna entered the car scene with a base i30 before moving into her N Line Premium. What began as an appreciation for the cars themselves quickly became a love of the friendships, experiences and sense of belonging that come with the community.
She co-founded KCM to help create a space where people can get involved without needing technical knowledge or a heavily modified car. For Sienna, enthusiasm matters more than expertise, and everyone who loves their car belongs.
